Descriptive Title of Research: Optical imaging of immune response in tumors
Research Description: The goal of my research program is to understand cancer on a single cell level. Current efforts in immunology are focused on metabolism-function relationships in immune cells. The optical imaging technologies in the lab are used to test immunotherapies and other therapies that modulate the tumor microenvironment to affect immune cell metabolism and function.
